Important Cut-off Dates & 2023 Stocktake

Our offices for the festive period will be closed from COB on Friday 23rd December and reopen on Wednesday 28th December. We will also be closed the week of Monday 2nd January 2023 as we will be commencing our annual stocktake (more details below). In between Christmas and New Year our offices will be open, so please feel free to contact us if needed.

2023 STOCKTAKE & ORDERING CUT-OFF DATES

With our stocktake period approaching, we’d like to provide some information on the best times to place orders to ensure you receive them over the festive period. Starting Tuesday 3rd January, the Sydney based team (office and warehouse staff) will be involved in a stocktake. The stocktake will last until Saturday 7th January. During this time, it will not be possible for the warehouse to send out orders. The cut off point for sending in orders for despatch before the stocktake closure will be Wednesday 28th December for all orders. Please note that orders need to be received before 11am to be sent out this year.

We will recommence sending out orders from Monday 9th January, 2023. Note that for orders received during the stocktake period, they will be treated on a first in, first out basis. From Friday 13th January, by which time we expect to clear the backlog of orders, we will return to normal service. For orders received prior to Friday 13th, we cannot guarantee regular ordering turn around times.

Please note that our couriers standard shipping time may differ during the festive period.

We appreciate your understanding and patience with us during this period, and reiterate that the sooner you get orders in, the better!

Business as usual will then recommence from Monday 9th January 2023.
