Who can order from Amscan?

Amscan sells to wholesalers, distributors and retailers in Australia and New Zealand.

 

How do I buy Amscan products if I am not a business?

You can find our products in major national retailers including Big W and Spotlight, as well as independent party stores and online retailers. In New Zealand, our major stockists include Spotlight NZ and The Warehouse.

 

What sort of party products do you sell?

It would be far easier to tell you what we don’t sell! We call ourselves The One Stop Party Shop, and with good reason. We’ve got fantastic ranges covering any number of seasonal events, from Christmas and Halloween to St. Patrick’s and Valentine’s Day. We also cover numerous life milestones such as birth, marriage, graduation and retirement. With over 15,000 products to choose from, including tableware, balloons, costumes and a host of decoration styles, you can be sure that no matter the size or type of event, you’ll find the perfect selection of products you need to wow your customers.

 

What licenses do you hold?

Amscan holds the most desirable and in demand licenses available which are available to purchase in Australia and New Zealand! Whether you are looking for the timeless classics or the hottest new brands, Amscan works with the top licensors in the WORLD to bring to life everything you need for life's celebrations!

 

How can I open a trade account?

We welcome applications to open a trade account. Please click on the login/register icon on the top right hand side of our website to apply. You will need to provide business details including your ABN (or NZBN in New Zealand) and registered business name. Allow 2-3 days for your application to be processed.

 

Can I order from this website?

If you hold an account with us you can purchase directly from our website.

 

Indent Orders

We can supply products from our global catalogue for customers who hold credit accounts. These are items that we do not stock or sell in Australia. Lead time is generally 3 - 4 months. Our customer service team can provide more information about this great service.

 

What is the difference between eaches and inners?

When you are purchasing in bulk quantities, you will order in Inners. There is a discount on bulk purchases, however allow two working days for these orders to be dispatched. Select eaches for smaller orders, which are generally dispatched within 1 working day.

 

Can I be added to the mailing list?

Purchase Order Number

We require a purchase order number from your business with each order. If you do not have a purchase order number, please use your name and the date.

 

Online Retailers

Our white label service means that you don't have to hold stock, we can ship order directly to your customers for you. To find out more, call our friendly customer service team. At this stage, our white label service is not available in NZ.

 

Shipping

Due to current delays, please allow additional shipping time. We recommend at least 5 days for metropolitan orders, and longer for regional areas. For shipping to NZ, this follows a different structure so please contact our customer service for further information.

 

Express Shipping

Express deliveries are expected to reach the regional hub overnight. Delivery will therefore generally be the day after dispatch, but may take 2 days for some regional locations.

 

Office Hours

Our Customer Service team operates between 8.30am - 5:00pm AEST Monday - Friday (excluding NSW public holidays).
