How to order is just five simple steps.
1. Find the products using our simple drop and pop out menus or search facility.
2. Tick the checkbox to the right of the product you wish to order.
3. Select the quantity of each product you wish to order.
4. When you have finished selecting products, go to the bottom of the page and select the 'Order Selected Products' button.
5. Select checkout where you can confirm your details and complete your order.
Finding and Searching for products.
Use the drop menu from the left and top navigation bars to go directly to the product or product category of your choice.
Using the left navigation bar place your mouse pointer over the product category of your choice and when you find the category you would like to view then simply select it by clicking on the name of the category.
Selecting products and adding them to the cart.
Once you have found the product you wish to order, tick the cehckbox, select the quantity box and adjust the quantity to the required amount. Then select 'Order Selected Products' and your product will be added to the order.
All products you order will be displayed at the bottom of each page as you continue to place your order.
Viewing your order for completion or changing.
When you have ordered all of the products you require you can then select 'View Order'.
This will display a page of your total order. Here you can adjust your order by changing quantities and then selecting 'Update Trolley', or you can 'Remove' items or 'Add' items by selecting 'Continue Shopping'.
Completing your order / Checkout
Simply select the checkout button and your details will be displayed for you to confirm and also select how you would like your order to be shipped.
You can also add a comment to your order on the bottom of the page.
When complete select 'Continue' and you will be asked to select your payment details. Once you select 'Continue' your order will be confirmed and you will receive a copy of the order via email.
How to find a product using the Search Facility
1. Search by Product Code.
If you have a product code you would like just enter the product code into the input box located at the top left of every page and select go. If the product is available it will be displayed for you to order. Note: If you only put in part of a code and products that have that code will be displayed.
2. Search by Product Name
To search by product name enter the product name into the input box at the top right of every page and select go. The more details you enter the more refined you search will be, however this may also limit the number of product displayed.
Note: Make sure you check the spelling of your search. Also try to limit your search if you are unable to find what you are after. E.g. if you used "21st Foil Balloon" try "21"
