STANDARD ORDER TIMEFRAMES
BA Party Supplies strive to get your order out in a timely manner. Placement of orders between Mon - Fri will be despatched within 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day and the same process applies. From despatch, transit times vary depending on upon freight method selected and your location. If unsure about the transit times please phone to confirm with our team. Pick up orders are welcomed and please allow up to 24hrs from start of next business day to pick up the goods (this includes orders for inflations). Payment options for your order at check out are credit card, direct deposit and payment on pick up. Please note that Direct Deposit payments the funds must be cleared before dispatch of the order. The product lines are despatched from our Brisbane warehouse and once logged in, you can view if the product is in stock or available to back order. If you are wishing to purchase an item that is out of stock please contact our customer service team for an in stock date.
Standard delivery charges
Freight is charged based on our carriers shipping rates for the volume of your order plus a small handling fee. Our standard shipping time is 1-14 days after your order is despatched, depending on where the delivery location is (metro or non-metro). Deliveries are sent on Startrack, Fastways or Australia Post. Please ensure you add a correct street address and delivery instructions on the order when submitting. This includes an authority to leave in a safe location if no one is present as Startrack charge a second delivery fee which is on charged to you. If the couriers shipping charge is large, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss payment of the additional freight costs. If an item ordered is unavailable at the time of despatch our staff will contact you to discuss a substitute product or placing the item onto a back order. If requesting a quotation on the total freight charge our despatch team will contact you once your order is picked and packed. If you do not contact us within 24hrs of the freight being quoted we will despatch the order on the following business day.
I NEED MY ORDER URGENTLY!
Most standard party or balloon items are available for overnight delivery. Items will be available for 1-5 day shipping (to a metro location) via an Express Post satchel or Startrack overnight airbag. If you are located outside a metropolitan area please allow extra time for delivery of the goods. On checkout you can opt for an Express courier which will incur an additional freight fee. Please note that with some locations and bulky products we are unable to send via this Express option.
Pick up is also available. At the checkout page please nominate this option and allow at least 24hrs from placing the order to pick up the goods (this includes orders with inflations). Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm. Your order will be processed within these hours.
SHOPPING IN OUR WAREHOUSE
All customers are welcome to shop between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm. Please note the following 1) The account holder or authorised representative of the business can visit the warehouse to shop 2) No children under the age of 16 years are allowed in the warehouse 3) We have a strict no bag policy to enter our warehouse 4) Enclosed shoes only are to be worn in our warehouse.
